Yours: execution with Jenny Wayne: strategy and systems
Who it's for

You lead this one

Welcome to Gaia is yours to run, with Jenny alongside. Wayne advises on strategy and builds the systems once there is something proven to build for. His job is the method. Yours is making it real.

Summary

What this is about

A bundled getaway in Bad Liebenzell: an Airbnb stay wrapped with a Thai massage, the Therme, and a food kit, sold as a ready made trip for girls, couples, or families.

The whole plan rests on one move. Prove people want it with content before spending a euro or calling a single partner.

Important takeaways

The mindset before the logistics

  • The plan is not the work. Posting the first test reel is the work.
  • Don't spend money until money is the problem. Right now it isn't.
  • The wedding rule. You can gather every piece, venue, massage, food, taxi, but the day cannot happen until demand is proven. Validation is the date.
  • Leave the booking mechanism alone. On request or a booking page is a later question. Deciding it now is an obstacle you invented.
Now actions
Phase 1 · costs nothing, needs no one's permission
  1. Pull stock clips of each piece: spa, Therme, river, an Airbnb interior, a massage, a food kit. Several of each from Pexels, Unsplash, or Envato.
  2. Drop them into a CapCut template. Video carousels with a strong overlay work well here.
  3. Post with a clear ask: tag who you'd do this with, or would you book this at a set price.
  4. Run all three price tiers as separate posts, so you learn what people actually pay.
  5. Consider a second profile running the same videos, to see which framing pulls.
  6. Monday you're at the Thai place and the river anyway. Film b-roll while you're there. It feeds Phase 1, it doesn't gate it.

Decide before you shoot

Faceless premium look, or you on camera. Who's in the first trip, you and Jenny at least, Zina maybe. Which influencers to approach, offer a free experience in exchange for content, and screen their profiles first.

Then, once demand shows: talk to the Airbnb owners about advertising rights and a revenue share, the Therme about pre-booking and robes, firm up the Thai partnership, line up food kit tie ins, and scout more properties. You walk in able to say people already want this, which is your leverage.

Numbers are not final. The euro figures drifted in the recording (the place was quoted at 107, 110, and 120; the service fee moved between 150 and 175). Treat them as unconfirmed and test the tiers as ranges until you and Wayne settle them.
